We are growing and seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape work that creates shared social and business value for our partners and the communities they impact.

Product Managers are expected to shape and facilitate the successful delivery of the digital products and platforms we co-create with client partners. Trusted, competent and composed, Product Managers are an integral bridge between users, clients and studio members. The ideal candidate will rely on their counterparts, insights and intuition to help launch products with a focus on more sustainable, equitable and healthier futures for the communities our work impacts.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and distill client requirements, user research and technology capabilities into detailed and prioritized roadmaps
  • Develop and help implement measurement strategies to establish and guide successful outcomes of products
  • Work with design, engineering, and content teams on both the client and studio sides to groom and refine product plans
  • Work with the Studio Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and achieve the desired outcomes
  • Work with the Principal to evolve the product management practice, team and methodologies, including driving team growth, representing the Product Management practice in new business development and thought leadership

Qualifications

  • First and foremost: A deep value for equity, sustainability and wellness
  • Experience in strategy and management for numerous, successfully launched digital products including, but not limited to:

    • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices
    • User story writing and prioritization (Jobs to be done, Feature stories, etc)
    • Experience or willingness to learn more participatory methods of design
    • Developing measurement strategies (Objectives, KPIs, metrics, tagging strategy)
    • Foundational UX design (Archetypes, User Journey Mapping, Flows, Wireframes)
    • Understanding of various technical architectures (Headless, Microservices, etc), platforms (CMS, CRM, Ecommerce, etc), and frameworks (React, Vue, etc)
    • Curiosity and understanding of various client verticals - including Finance, Wellness, Technology
    • Synthesize client needs into product requirements
    • Develop a prioritized backlog and Partner with clients to understand business objectives and project goals
    • Understand clients business objectives to ensure the end product helps achieve real results
